I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I would like to give a special mention to James, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was always available, kind, and very helpful — truly made a difference in my stay. I highly recommend this place not only for its comfort, but especially for the outstanding service. Thank you, James, and the whole team!

Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choice and time to get there! Gym & Pool area is great! Very good location. Restaurant food is great but there are also a couple of lovely Indian Restaurants very close by and plenty of shops.

Our room was upgraded to 'Premium One Bedroom' so the review is about that room. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping service was good. We occasionally cooked dinner ourselves, and the kitchen turned out to be fine. The staff is polite and willing to assist. The hotel has a restaurant called "LEO SHISHA LOUNGE" that offers affordable hookah and delicious food in generous portions. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant, and it's quality is great! The Wi-Fi connection was sufficient, which was essential for me and my wife as we work remotely. We had no internet issues during our stay.
